We offer a number of different organic oils and honey that you can use in your meals. Most people assume that all honey is the same, but it’s not. There are hundreds of different varieties. Each of these has its own different, unique color and flavor. It all depends on what flowers the bees gathered nectar from. You can transform your meals just be using a different variety of honey.
You can also change up your usual dishes by using different types of oils. There are many oils you can use to cook, but most people only know about olive oil. Peanut oil, canola oil, avocado oil, sesame oil, and many others are also available and can be substituted where needed.
Avocado oils, for example, contain a good amount of monounsaturated fats. These are the good fats that you need to get in your diet. This oil is perfect for searing, roasting, and sautéing meats. You can also use it in a vinaigrette for your salad.
Flaxseed oil is another good oil that can be used to really change the taste of a dish. It has a very nutty taste when used sparingly. You can use it in a dressing or for seasoning your past-iron skillet before cooking.
